Warranty Coverage Policy:

Our warranty is a 2-year parts and labour guarantee that begins on the Purchase Date. This is defined as the date the products were first purchased or, in the case of products installed on a new vessel by an authorised OEM, the date the ship was first delivered to the original retail customer. Please note that registration in our warranty portal is required within 30 days of the purchase date.

Important Registration and Documentation

Please keep your Proof of Purchase documentation secure to ensure warranty eligibility, as it will be necessary when seeking warranty service. Warranty service is unavailable for issues arising from improper installation, setup, or physical abuse.

Repair and Replacement Procedures

Omnisense Systems retains the right to repair or replace items at our discretion. Please remember that any product repaired or replaced under warranty will only be covered for the remaining balance of the original warranty period. We will not charge for parts or labour; however, the cost of transporting the product to Omnisense for repair or replacement is the customer’s responsibility.

Returning Products for Warranty Service

If you need to return a product, please submit a request via the Omnisense Systems Ticketing Portal at www.omnisense-systems.com/support/ticket. Our representative will send you the RMA number and shipping details. The customer will need to include the RMA letter received, proof of purchase, and a copy of your product registration if applicable. We cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged products during shipment, so we strongly recommend insuring any items sent for warranty service.

Warranty Exclusions

It is also essential to be aware of specific conditions and exclusions in our warranty, including damage resulting from accidents, misuse, non-authorized repairs, and cosmetic blemishes on refurbished or warranty replacement products. Products used outside a marine environment or for purposes other than marine activity are not covered. Also, improper siting or installation or failure to comply with product user information or guidance, and Damage caused to other equipment, systems or components occasioned by improper installation, connection or use of the Product. There is no warranty for products sold via online auctions or acquired dubiously.
