Rebates are not applicable on prior purchases. Valid with proof of invoice from our retail partners ONLY. Customers must submit a copy of the paid invoice and completed rebate form to to claim a rebate. Only after an end-user is qualified, will a check be issued in the rebate amount for the qualifying product. If merchandise is returned, the rebate amount and a restocking charge will be deducted from any credit that may be issued.
